ACCU-LINK CALL CENTRES INC. BECOMES NEW VENDOR
BC One Call is please to announce its alliance with Accu-Link Call Centres Inc.

With the retirement of Henley Consulting Inc in 2003 the Board of Directors of BC One Call initiated a RFP process and after much deliberation appointed Accu-Link Call Centres Inc as the new vendor and operator of BC One Call.

Accu-Link Call Centres Inc., is a dynamic and innovative Canadian organization whose priority is ensuring a premium one-call service, in a province wide call center while meeting the needs of its members and the excavation industry. Accu-Link Call Centres Inc. is also the operator of the Ontario One Call system. BC One Call is excited about the many opportunities our association with Accu-Link Call Centres will bring to BC One Call and look forward to an exciting year of change and progress.
