Call Centre Agent
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Complete locate requests
- Assist callers with locate inquiries
- Utilize mapping skills to determine accurate work areas
Look-Up/Research Agent
- Analyze maps to provide office clearances
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Assist callers with clearance inquiries
- Make outbound phone calls to provide office clearances
Help Desk Coordinator
- Assist internal and external clients with problem resolution
- Member support and relations
- Complaint and escalation handling
Team Leader
- Manage a team of call centre agents
- Evaluate agent performance
- Develop and implement action plans
- Lead agents to maximum productivity and efficiency
- Provide support, coaching, motivation and training for agents
